Founders and CEOs


It can two cases when it comes to startups; first is that the founder chooses his CEO and the second where the founder of CEO is appointed.


In the second case founder rule start to rent your company and a CEO, if things get and handle everything yourself becomes difficult. CEOs have a lot of corporate navigation plans and formulate strategies, basically with experience give a strategic view of the growth of a startup.Founder have on the other hand, a passion for your product, the a major driving force for a Startup.Sind both crucial for any company, but when it comes to the choice between the two? What if for some reason that has either of you to leave?


Of course, all companies are different, and can leave people for various reasons.VCs but founder invest as much as ideas to do, so for a company that passionate individual to lose that the VCs first send a bad signal trusted. on the other hand a startup will lose direction, if decided that a CEO finish.


If someone needs to go, which should leave? the founder or CEO?
