Bureaucrats now have a social network of their own in Russia

It's pretty obvious that the social networking boom has led in in recent years abundance of social networks probably covering all the niches of the company. It's pretty obvious that in some countries (such as Russia, where I live) this process takes longer, as it in the us not, because all trends here with a significant delay. So, while the U.S. already has social networks for anything, we see yet another novelty in Russia
